Happy November!!  Goodness, it feels like I just got done sayin "Happy October!"

where has that month gone?!?  Well, the Rockford, IL trip for the Northern Brass

went well.  It was really fun!! I also finished the latest Nicholas Sparks book.  It was

pretty good.  Now I am finishing "A Grief Observed" by C.S. Lewis that I started in

the summer.  I really like it; it's very interesting.  I am not sure what I will start reading

next.  It will be a surprise I guess!   Hope you area all staying warm!

Hey hey!  like the new background?  I took this pic last weekend on a very melancholy, rainy,

but hopeful day.  I knew it would be one of the last days at the gardens, but I happen

to discover some beautiful leaves trying to inch their way through Summer and say hello

I really miss having time for photography. I miss the freedom and creativity in it.  I wish

I had more time for it

Nicholas Sparks new book is pretty good.  I also realized that I didn't finish C.S. Lewi's,

"Grief Observed."  I will have to get on that.  Also, I got a new book in the mail called,

"3 AM Epiphany."  It's a book about inspiring and helpful writing exercises.  I'm excited

to start that one!

  I am back from the great western side of South Dakota.  I had an AMAZING time and I want to go back some day.  I didn't know how beautiful that area was and how nice the people are.  I definitely want to go again and stay longer.  Below I have posted a few of my favorite shots.  Enjoy!
